STRETCH SCIENCE with Nancy Carter Thursdays, 7:30--8:45pm, 5 classes Spring Session 2017
This Stretch Science class will be so much more than a full body stretching session. We will be using your own neuromuscular system to stretch smarter. Techniques include Post Isometric Relaxation, Reciprocal Inhibition, Positional Release, active flexibility and flossing. Stretchers of all levels are invited, but those who feel plato-ed or have had a stretching injury are particularly encouraged to attend. Please bring any of the following that you already own: 2 yoga blocks, foam roller, physioball.
