Aerial Arts of Utah, like many other businesses, had our share of crazy-ness during the past couple of years. First Covid- then, unexpectedly, last summer we were displaced by a severe fire that forced us to leave our beloved aerial studio. Last fall, thanks to all of our committed students and generous supporters we made it back up in the air! With this outpouring of help, we were able to get settled in our new aerial space at Salt Lake City’s Sugar Space Arts Warehouse!

Aerial Arts Studio Damaged By Fire
We are saddened to inform our students and supporters that our beloved Aerial Arts of Utah Studio sustained extensive and irreparable fire damage yesterday as a devastating fire burned a construction site to the ground directly behind us. We are so grateful for the miracle that no one was seriously injured. Our future is uncertain, but we are certain that we are strong, dedicated, and resilient- and will move forward with that spirit.
We are asking our community for help and have created a donation fund to secure a new space as soon as possible! We made it through Covid-19 closures last year and are confident we can do it again!

March/April 2021, Covid-19 guidelines
Thanks to all our students and staff for supporting AAofU during this challenging time! As a result, we’ve managed to not just stay open, but to thrive! Smaller classes have provided a more personal approach to aerial instruction, like a semi-private class- an unintended happy consequence of the times!
COVID-19 Update– As coronavirus restrictions begin to relax and the statewide mask mandate in Utah is scheduled to be lifted on April 10, we want to reiterate for you our continued approach to keeping students and staff safe. For now, we will continue to follow The Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and will maintain our current Covid-19 safety procedures, including the wearing of masks.
